PCT verification email and link

Hi,

2 Issues:

A) The english part of the email starts with account holder name, not <Hi> or <Hello> like the German and French version further down. No bigy :D

B) To finalize the transfer process and complete the charge to your credit card, please sign into the Paid Character Transfer Transactions page at this link, and follow the instructions there: http://www.wow-europe.com/character/character-transfer-status.html

The link does not work, page is down it says...

I was able to view it correctly, just now.
