Graphic on buffs up / spell ready .

I'm looking for an addon that displays an graphic when a spell is ready or an buff is up - so i can tell ( without moving my eyes very fare ) that my Focused is up and i have a low cost shock to throw =)

Are you looking for an addon to help with purging from a shammy or when somebody is casting a spell to interrupt?
